Preface

This is the Privacy Policy description for the Life Circles application.

1. Mobile application

1.1 Used permission

The application might collect user data, like:

• Likes or comments
• input website URL
• anonymous user id, which cannot be identified and connected to real person in any ways

Some parts of the application can be used without providing any personal information. However, the application might collect the following information:

• Anonymous User Id
• device Id

The user can create personal user account, providing his/her/their email address. In some cases a password also might be required.

The following information might be requested:

• email address
• password (optional)
• device Id
• name (optional)
• phone number (optional)

1.2 Usage of the data

• Device id : used for Push notification sending
• Input website URL : it is used for statistical information about the application usage. The data might be used for contacting the site owner for marketing purposes.

1.3 Deletion of the data

The registered user can request the deletion of his/her/their account with the related data.

Some data cannot be deleted due to EU regulations, eg. purchase information (but not limited to).

2. Newsletter

By entering their email address and/or name, the user expressly consents to be notified about the development and news at certain intervals.

This is confirmed in the first email (double opt-in) and only after that we send notifications.

Notifications are sent to the email address specified by the user.

The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
